Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA) promotes the development of athletics and encourages the standardization of rules and classifications in games and competition. CARA holds local, regional, and state competitions in youth athletics throughout the state. 
Get ready to bump, set, spike with Hyland Hills! This program is for all levels of play, but this recreational program is also great for players that are new to the sport or have little experience and want to work on their skills.

Program Overview

• Our Youth Volleyball League offers three divisions to ensure every player has the right fit: 2nd - 4th, 5th & 6th and 7th & 8th grades. This is a recreational league, not a competitive one, designed to provide opportunity, fun, and skill development in a positive and encouraging environment where every player can grow and enjoy the game.

Program Details

• Grades: 2-8
• Season Dates: March 17th - May 17th, 2026
• Practices: The 2nd-4th grade division practices twice a week for one hour each session on Tuesday and Thursday. The 5th & 6th grade division practices twice a week for 1.5 hours on Wednesday and Fridays. The 7th & 8th grade division practice three times a week for 1 hour on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 
• Games: Saturdays, travel is required.
• Location: Hyland Hills Sports Center (4201 W 94th Ave, Westminster, CO 80031)
• Fee: $70
• Uniform: Hyland Hills jersey included. Solid black shorts without pockets preferred (not mandatory). Shorts are not provided.
• Registration: Registration for the spring season closes on March 9th.
